Under warm February skies, 16 venturesome women headed out on the Chase Reserve trails geared up with microspikes and snowshoes. After traversing through the woods and stopping at a nearby beaver dam, the group enjoyed hot chocolate by the fire at a historic picnic spot overlooking Macquiot Bay. Then back to Anne’s boat shop for some sweet potato chili, cornbread and scheming new outings from golfing and axe throwing to moonlight swims. There are more adventures to come!
